About Aeolian Hope

Patreon Banner Sized
Aeolian Hope is a fan-made webcomic that takes place in the Halo franchise universe. If you’ve never played a Halo game before and know nothing about the lore, don’t worry; we’ve got you covered!
This action-packed story is set smack in the middle of the genocidal Human-Covenant War, a period that hasn’t been explored as much as the early, late and post-war eras. Because so many of the games and supporting lore focus on the SPARTAN super soldiers, it is easy to forget how truly desperate the conflict really was. In an effort to address this and perhaps re-contextualize some of the heroics seen in the games, Aeolian Hope will focus on the lives and struggles of some of the regular soldiers that fought during this pivotal time.
The nature of Microsoft’s Game Content Usage Rules means that we have to say this work “… does not contribute to the official narrative of the fictional universe…”. That said, every effort is being made to ensure that this story could fit into the Halo universe. The author is researching every detail of the lore in order to blend Aeolian Hope as seamlessly as possible into the established Halo canon. We hope the result is something you can enjoy, and maybe even believe did take place somewhere in the Halo-verse.
We are able to put out 1-2 pages per month right now. We would LOVE to update more often, but that is all we can afford on our own. If you’d like to help us create more content more often, while getting some sweet perks for yourself and maybe even joining the fight, please consider supporting us on Patreon for as little as $1.00/month.
